Qualified as Avocat à la Cour in Paris and Luxembourg, Emmanuelle Ragot Partner, heads Wildgen’s Data Protection, Intellectual Property and Technology, Media & Telecommunications (IP/TMT) practice group as well as Wildgen 4 innovation our legal hub for start-up businesses, launched in March 2015. Emmanuelle has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2000.

Emmanuelle Ragot expertise includes data protection, technology regulation and general regulatory work (unfair trade, e-commerce, outsourcing, cloud computing, licensing and internet-related issues). She has also years of experience in advising clients in various industry sectors including life science, biotech, healthcare and pharmaceuticals.

Her approach is totally client-focused and she works upstream with her clients in order to implement the appro- priate strategy to their needs. Throughout more than 20 years of practice in London, Paris and Luxembourg, Emmanuelle has developed a sound experience in protect- ing her clients’ interests and has built up a strong independ- ent network of experts in other jurisdictions.
