David Higgins |

David Higgins is a mathematician and computer scientist with a Ph.D. in computational neuroscience. In recent years, he has led industrial research projects in pharma R&D, and built behavioral models for patient interventions via consumer health technology. Currently, he is a visiting researcher at the Berlin Institute of Health. He is mentor to a number of AI‐driven health‐tech spin‐outs.
