Helen Park joined DHR International in 2014 and serves as Partner based in Seoul, Korea, driving the strategic growth and development of primarily the Life Science sector in the Korean market.

She started her career in executive search in 2006 and has had stints at Korn/Ferry and Amrop where she successfully delivered numerous assignments at the General Manager and Senior Executive level including functional leaders in areas that include finance, human resources, sales and marketing across a range of industries, such as Life Science, Industrial, and Consumer. As a result, Helen has developed an expertise in the Life Science sector, covering pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology, and healthcare services.

Earlier, she used to work as a SCM consultant specializing in demand based management at EXE Consulting, Manugistics, and NCR Korea following five years of Category Management experience at Coca-Cola Korea Bottling Company.

Helen holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Office Management with a Business Administration minor from EWHA Women’s University in Seoul, Korea.
