Lluis Alcover, a senior associate, is specialized in investment operations, restructuring and due diligence processes, as well as in the drafting and negotiation of all types of commercial contracts. He regularly advises national and international clients in the areas of the activities described. Mr. Alcover has a Law Degree from the University Pompeu Fabra, an Economics Degree from the University Pompeu Fabra, a Master’s degree in Business, Tax and Legal Advice from ESADE, and a Management Development Plan (PDD), at ESADE.
