Lydia Guo is a Partner in Egon Zehnder's Beijing Office and leads Egon Zehnder’s Health Practice in Greater China. Lydia works with clients seeking to attract, retain, and develop best-in-class executives both to and from China. She is also a trusted advisor to assess, develop and coach senior executives in leading multinational and Chinese companies.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Lydia was a Global Knowledge Manager and Asia Practice Manager at McKinsey Global Institute, a think tank within McKinsey & Company. Previously, she was a McKinsey Consultant advising clients on strategy development, mergers and acquisitions, and post-merger integration. Lydia started her career as a Consultant with Bain & Company.
Lydia earned both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree of economics, finance and accounting from Tsinghua University’s School of Economics and Management, as well as an MBA from Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
