Mendy is the Healthcare Researcher at Egon Zehnder and responsible for the research work for China Healthcare Practise Group.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, she worked as Human Resources Compensation and Benefit Specialist with Carestream Healthcare, a leading medical imaging company under Onex Corporation. She was responsible for the overall employees' compensation and benefits across the ASEAN and ANZ regions.

Mendy holds Master of Chemistry degree from the University of Oxford.
