Michael’s transaction experience includes arranging sales to some of the largest global corporates such as the sale of Polar Speed Thermologistics to UPS and the sale of Finsbury Orthopaedics to Johnson and Johnson, as well to private equity purchasers such as the sale of Angel Springs to LDC.
