Albert Liou, Vice Chairman, Asia Pacific, PAREXEL, discusses the biotech momentum that has been boosting the attractiveness of the region in terms of new drug development activities.  He also provides insights into the company’s unique contribution to the R&D-driven ecosystem in Taiwan, where the global clinical research organization (CRO) also has its regional headquarters.
