You are now two years into your four-year mandate as head of the department of health. What have been some of the main milestones since you started?
Broadly speaking, one of [the department of health's] largest milestones has been the managing of hospitals. In 2012 the responsibility of ownership over the hospitals was changed; they were separated from the state and became independent public establishments
